GENERAL QuestionS

HOW DO I ENROLL?

If this is your first time shopping with us, you can add products to an autoship order at checkout. If you are a current customer and have an autoship established, to enroll in the PREFERRED autoship program, you must create a NEW autoship profile. You cannot simply change the date of your current autoship; you must create an entirely new autoship profile. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your NAVAN distributor.

CAN I SET MY AUTOSHIP TO ANY DAY OF THE MONTH?

All autoship orders process between the 1st and the 5th of each month ONLY. You may choose the day of your autoship, but it must be between the 1st and the 5th. Autoships do not run past the 5th of the month.

HOW DO I STOP MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?

We won’t hold you hostage, but do you want to lose all of your amazing rewards? We’ll wait right here while you think about it! If your answer is still yes, we will miss you, but all you need to do is log in to your account and stop your autoship. If you stop for any reason, you can get started again, but you will have to start over at month one (and no one wants that!).

BENEFITS QuestionS

WHEN DO MY BENEFITS START?

All autoship profiles must be established by the 5th of the month. For example, if you would like your first month on the autoship program to be July, you MUST create your autoship profile by July 5th. If you would like it to be August, you must make your profile by August 5th and so on.

HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK?

Excellent question! Starting on month three of your autoship program, you will earn free shipping every month on your autoship order (that’s around a $7-25 dollar savings every month!). All orders will ship US: USPS / CAN: FEDEX Economy.

CAN I LOSE MY REWARDS?

We would hate for this to happen! As long as you are on autoship, you will receive all of the amazing benefits! However, should an autoship be voided, refunded, returned, or canceled, you will lose your autoship benefits. At this time, we do not allow “skipping” a month, but we do allow you to adjust your order every month. There is no minimum monthly autoship amount; order as much or as little as you like each month. You just have to place at least one product order to stay active!
